　　赵厚麟先生多次在峰会开幕式上发言。他以促进国际多边合作为己任，推动峰会在信息通信基础设施合作、消除数字鸿沟等方面发挥了积极作用。

　　Mr. Zhao Houlin has spoken at the opening ceremony of the Wuzhen Summit for many times. He took it as his duty to reinforce international multilateral cooperation, and played an active role in promoting the Summit in terms of information and communication infrastructure cooperation, eliminating digital divide etc.
